Totally uncompromising, the patented one chamber rotary valve both protects against burn back whilst also dealing with larger lengths of chip, by cutting them with the very sharp blades built into the valve. The valves stoker motor requires minimal power meaning you will have maximum safety combined with minimum electrical consumption. Like most of the other boilers in the range, the HACK has automatic ash disposal, automatic fuel recognition, optimized ignition and the ability to control the fuel conveyance system. It also utilizes the induced draught technique which causes ‘under pressure’ throughout the boiler providing complete operational safety without risk of deflagration.
Electricity consumption is a factor that is sometimes overlooked but should always be considered, many of our competitors use worm gear systems with an efficiency rating of 65%, ETA`s fuel conveying system uses top quality spur gears with an efficiency of 95%.
The ETA Hack range starts at 20kw up to 200kw, with cascade function for multiple boilers. This range offers the conversion to burn dry fuels such as pellets, myscanthus and carpentry waste with the flue gas re-circulation accessory.
